Contact enquiries

When you use this form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, message, and permission to contact you about the enquiry. Please do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information.

How the form works

Our server saves an enquiry before attempting email delivery. We use an email delivery provider to notify our team. The production form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam; that service processes technical information needed to verify a request.

Storage and access

The website’s delivery queue removes successfully processed enquiries after 30 days. Failed or unresolved deliveries may be retained until they are reviewed. Our business mailbox, email provider, and backup systems may retain separate copies under their own settings. We use access controls to restrict access to enquiries.

Technical records

We use limited technical information to keep the website secure and control abusive submissions. The form’s rate limiter uses keyed hashes of IP and email addresses rather than keeping raw IP addresses in its application rate-limit records. Infrastructure and spam-protection providers may process IP addresses separately.

Your choices

Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list. Contact us to ask about information you have provided or to request correction or deletion, subject to information we need to retain.
